Cheat mode:

At the options menu, select the "Cheat Codes <#>" option, then enter one
of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function. If
you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of an engine.

All locations - Enter "WHERETO" as a code to unlock all locations.
All ATVs - Enter "COUCHES" as a code to unlock all ATVs.
All MX vehicles - Enter "BRAPBRAP" as a code to unlock all MX vehicles.
All AI characters - Enter "ALLAI" as a code to unlock all AI characters.
All gear - Enter "GEAREDUP" as a code to unlock all gear.
All helmets - Enter "SKULLCAP" as a code to unlock all helmets.
All goggles - Enter "WINDOWS" as a code to unlock all goggles.
All boots - Enter "KICKS" as a code to unlock all boots.
